is one of the Dham Yatra Buddhist Char (pilgrimage) and one of the temples in
the highlands. Though believed to have been built by the Pandavas in the
Mahabharata, the temple is now built by Adi guru Shankaracharya.
Try telling me an interesting fact about
Kedarnath.
Fact
1:
Kedarnath is not easy to reach due to extremely
unpredictable weather. In fact, the heavy rains were enough to fill the soil
and stones on the grounds of Kedarnath Temple. In 2013, Kedarnath was hit by a
major natural disaster.
Unfortunately, the general city of Kedarnath
was damaged during the flood. The temple was not badly affected. The pictures
show that a large rock at the back of the temple diverted much of the water
that came into the temple.
Fact
2:
Some religious scholars feel that the temple remains protected no matter
what happens because Lord Shiva protects the temple as the main deity of Kedarnath.
But with the 2013 disaster that killed thousands of people in Kedarnath, we have
no choice but to ask about this unscientific thought process. Even on the right
side of the temple full of corpses. After that, the government had to renovate
the temple.
Fact 3:
According to scientists and scholars,
the temple was ingested by a negative spirit because bodies had accumulated
beneath the ruins. He insisted that the bodies should be evacuated and
undergone a purification process before the construction of the Kedarnath
Temple, one of India's 12 Jyotirlinga.
Fact 4:
The mythical Kedarnat mythological
story brings us back to the Mahabharata: The Pandavas traveled to Kashi in
search of Lord Shiva after the Great Battle of Kurukshetra. Its purpose is to
seek forgiveness for all sins caused by war. Knowing this, Lord Shiva turned
into a bull and escaped to Uttarakhand. Knowing this information, the Pandavas
followed the road from Kashi to Uttarakhand. He then identified the bull as
Lord Shiva and began to pray for blessings. In fact, Guptakashi is now in
Pandava finding the bull. In the end, the Lord pleaded and achieved his
independence.
Fact
5:
Importantly, the triangular lingam is worshiped as Kedarnath. A firm belief
that if you pray with a pure heart here, you will be forgiven of all your sins.

Kedarnath is one of the banks of the Mandakini River. The distance is generally
accessible by road, but the last 14km should be covered by horse riding. In
winter, the climate is very cold. I can't see the way this season. Therefore,
Kedarnath Temple was closed for 6 months of the year. All other idols are
protected and worshiped in Ukimato during the month.
